There are some cities across the country that have canceled their fireworks.
So it might be a good idea to check ahead of time tro see if your city or one that you play on going to has scheduled fireworks.
Here are some that are going to display this years free fireworks.

These deserted train routes have been converted into hiking and biking trails. They are not only scenic but also there are plenty of historical sites to tour on the way. They have become very popular for bikers and hikers because these trial paths have been specially development by individual states Department of Natural Resources.

Some rail trails are located along rural townships that they cater to tourism. These trails provide a vital connect to tourists through the trails that are maintained by their state.
Rural routes extend across the United States and provide the bicyclist with a more interest ride for both the hiker and bicyclist.
This is another form of tourist that is making these rail road trails more popular. There are many non profit organisations that are now promoting preservation of these historical trails.

*Katy Trail in Missouri's wine country its trails coincides with the Lewis and Clark

Peanuts comic strip,snoopy and Woodstock museum. Santa Rosa California near the edge of Napa Valley wine country is located the Charles M. Schulz Peanuts comic strip museum. Schultz is the creator of the "Peanuts" cartoon strip.
It's a chance to find out how cartoons are created and gives some other cartoonists are also on display.
The Charles M. Schulze Museum was built by family members in remembrance.
Schulze died in January 2000 at age of 77.

Thomas Jefferson's Forest Retreat reopens.

Thomas Jefferson's Forest Retreat reopens April 1st. In 1809 our Third President Thomas Jefferson had an extended retirement stay at the Poplar Forest after he left office.
He designed a home that was built there its shape resembles an octagonal house.
Architecturally considered it a master piece that is on the National historical Landmark. They have just restored Jefferson's house to its original condition.
In recognition of the retreats 200th anniversary is being observed this year.

Poplar Forest is a plantation retreat located near Lynchburg, Virginia. Jefferson made his last visit at the age of 81 in 1823. It could be related to a secluded retreat in the wooded forest. They are planing several events in its honored celebration.
These events that are included are the following.
April 1 st is the opening daily from 10a.m. to 4p.m. except closed on Tuesdays through November when it will close.
Adult admission: $10.
Tours will include Jefferson's house, smokehouse, cold storage and the kitchen. Than a special walk out on the unique houses wing's roof.
May 2nd Is the Independence Day event. This it will include Conversations with
Thomas Jefferson.
July 4th The Richmond Symphony Orchestra concert.
Oct. 3rd Inaugural of the Thomas Jefferson Wine Festival.
Nov. 21th This will be featuring the 5 wineries of the Bedford Wine Trail.

Jefferson's famous home Monticello which is located 70 miles from the Poplar Forest Retreat. The home is 180 miles from Washington DC.
